Extra Vehicle Checks
All vehicles at 247 Chauffeurs undergo MOT Test, twice a year in addition to a Private Hire Vehicle inspection by NSL. As a company policy all vehicles regularly undergo valeting and inspected by mystery shoppers for general upkeep and maintenance.
No cancellations without your consent
Our Chauffeurs will NEVER cancel a ride without a permission from the control room. If we are unable to contact you after making all possible efforts, only then a chauffeur will be asked to stand down. We must add here that we operate a very liberal waiting time policy where you get 60 minutes free waiting at the Airports and 15 minutes for any other pick ups
